Return policy

Playfiks Softwares Private Limited - Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched.

  2. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to contact@playfiks.com

    Mail shall contain following details:-

    a. Order ID:

    b. Cancellation Reason:

    c. Refund Account Details

  3. Refund shall be made under following conditions:

    a) Order was cancelled within 24 hrs.

    b) Order was not delivered to the recipient.

    c) If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

    d) Order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery For a refund the decision of our management will be final

  4. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer.We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.

  5. In case of Cancellation, 10% charge will be applicable.

  6. Any discounted amount cannot be claimed for refund.

  7. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Playfiks shall have the deciding hand.

  8. Playfiks may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time.

  10. We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

    a) the event of designated address falling outside the delivery zone offered by us;

    b) unavailability of items ordered by you at the time of booking the order

  11. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform.

  12. On complaints regarding quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced, after we receive the product back and verify its condition.

  13. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
    • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
    • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
    • Product is used or altered
    • If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery
