INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We deliver to the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Netherlands, Singapore and India. 
The orders are delivered through DHL or Fedex Logistics depending on the location.
Standard shipping fees are USD 22 / EURO 21 for all the countries mentioned above.
International orders are usually delivered within 7-15 business days depending on the location of the customer.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not to be considered as business days for standard deliveries.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.
 

CUSTOM, DUTIES, TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES 
Shipments maybe subject to additional charges, taxes, import duties or fees which are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. 
The customer will have to bear any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges that may additionally be collected when the package is delivered.
PLAYFIKS® is not responsible for the same.
International customers are advised to contact their customs office for accurate duty and tax information.
In case of non-payment of duties and taxes ,
PLAYFIKS® will not be able to process a return or refund. 
 
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB Number) and courier partner name is sent to you via email.
Please visit the website of our courier partner and enter the AWB Number shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

PLAYFIKS® products go through high quality checking at various stages. Every Product at Playfiks is UV sanitized and packed with extreme care. In order to protect our employees and our customers from additional risks, we have made changes to our merchandise return policy. They are as below -

  1. We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.
  2. Once a product has left the store we cannot accept returns or process a refund.
We therefore request that you carefully check your size based on the garment measurement chart provided in inches before making a purchase. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your business at all times.
